We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing technology team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You will be responsible for planning and executing tests, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations.. This role requires a candidate with a solid foundation in QA principles and a passion for ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.. Key Responsibilities:. . Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and define test strategies. . . Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and/or backend applications. . . Perform manual testing to identify functional and non-functional issues, ensuring the software meets business and technical requirements. . . Document and report bugs, issues, and defects clearly and concisely using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or similar. . . Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new code changes. . . Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects, verify fixes, and improve overall software quality. . . Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to provide QA input and updates. . . Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance the QA process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. . . Develop a thorough understanding of our products and user experience to provide valuable insights during the development lifecycle. . . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. . . 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing. . . Strong knowledge of QA concepts, methodologies, and best practices. . . Familiarity with SDLC and agile development methodologies. . . Experience in writing and executing test cases and test plans. . . Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. . . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . . Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . . Preferred (Nice to Have):. . Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus. . . Experience testing APIs and backend systems. . .
