Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions across federal programs with high societal impact.. . Build NLP and transformer-based models using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.. . Implement the full ML pipeline from data preparation to training, serving, and real-time performance monitoring.. . Develop question-answering systems and enhance AI workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Knowledge Graphs.. . Apply MLOps practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model versioning.. . Ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, and compliance standards for federal use cases.. . Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex challenges into actionable ML solutions.. . Contribute to innovation while maintaining alignment with federal AI governance standards.. . . 4+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering.. . Proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/NLP frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.. . Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and AI pipeline design.. . Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices for robust AI deployment in production.. .
