Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues.. . Respond to escalated client incidents and provide top-tier technical support.. . Administer, install, and configure Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.. . Manage Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.. . Maintain virtualization environments such as VMware and Hyper-V.. . Coordinate and resolve complex issues with vendors and third-party systems, including DMS, ISP providers, and PCI compliance.. . Manage security events and perform client migrations for specific technologies or hardware.. . Serve as a primary point of contact for client IT administrators and support key client relationships.. . . Extensive experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file share management.. . Advanced troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Exchange, 365 mail flow, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Cloud PC solutions.. . Proficiency with Cisco and Meraki networking, firewall rule implementation, and email security systems.. .
