Lead the design, development, and delivery of self-service APIs and user interfaces for a new product from the ground up.. . Utilize existing platform components to build scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions.. . Collaborate with data science and product teams to translate optimization algorithms into practical tools.. . Facilitate discussions with team members and stakeholders to identify and implement the best solutions.. . Own end-to-end feature delivery, including architecture, coding, testing, documentation, rollout, and adoption.. . Promote engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.. . . 8+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend proficiency in Python and frontend expertise in React and TypeScript.. . Proven experience building RESTful APIs, including data modeling, error handling, and performance tuning.. . Skilled in both SQL and NoSQL database design, querying, and optimization.. . Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as pytest, Cypress, and Playwright.. .
