Provide high-quality customer support in Polish, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and customer service issues.. . Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans, ensuring a smooth experience.. . Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.. . Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about travel policies, destinations, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.. .
