You will conduct therapy sessions online, support treatment planning, maintain documentation, and help clients develop healthier ways of relating and coping.. Responsibilities:. Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families . Identify client needs through assessment and clinical conversation . Develop, implement, and update treatment plans . Provide support for relationship concerns, family conflict, and emotional challenges . Complete required documentation accurately and on time . Track outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate . Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field . Active New Jersey LMFT license in good standing .
