We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle hiring process and drive high-quality, timely hires aligned with business goals.. You’ll work directly with founders and department heads on senior and critical hires across Engineering, Product, and Business roles.. You’ll partner closely with a Talent Sourcer, while remaining hands-on yourself - independently sourcing candidates when needed, building and maintaining strong pipelines, and ensuring hiring momentum, even in complex or senior-level searches.. This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, structured interviewing skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.. Key Responsibilities. Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer stage. Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategy and success profiles. Conduct structured screening and behavioral interviews. Assess candidates for skills, culture alignment, and long-term potential. Collaborate closely with the Talent Sourcer to build strong candidate pipelines. Independently source candidates when needed, especially for complex or senior roles. Write and optimize outreach messages when directly engaging candidates. Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate structured hiring decisions. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Track and optimize recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-hire, conversion, quality of hire). Improve and standardize hiring processes and evaluation frameworks. 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience. Proven experience hiring senior and executive-level candidates . Strong experience working in partnership with Sourcers. Proven hands-on sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, niche platforms). Experience hiring internationally (EU / US markets). Strong structured interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Ability to influence Hiring Managers and challenge decisions constructively. Experience working with ATS / CRM systems. Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of hiring metrics. Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. Nice to Have. Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments.
