We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our brands presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day social media activities, fostering engagement, and maintaining a consistent, on-brand voice aligned with our broader marketing objectives.. Key Responsibilities:. . Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and other relevant platforms. . . Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social content with campaigns and business goals. . . Monitor channels for conversations, trends, and audience feedback; respond promptly and professionally. . . Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and deliver monthly insights with improvement recommendations. . . Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. . . Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize strategies. . . Support paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships when needed. . . Assist in the creation of social assets (graphics, short videos) or liaise with creative teams for production.. . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):. . Monthly growth in social media followers and engagement rates. . . Timely and consistent execution of the content calendar. . . Increased traffic to website or campaign landing pages via social media. . . Improvement in audience sentiment and average response time. . . Return on investment (ROI) from social media advertising (when applicable).. . . Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience. . . 12 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. . . Strong knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. . . Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. . . Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar. . . Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a strong plus. . . Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.. . Preferred Skills:. . Experience with remote collaboration or working in global/multicultural teams. . .
