As a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking customers.. Responsibilities. :. . Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in French through chats & emails.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.. . Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.. . Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.. . . Fluent in both French and English.. . Ability to work rotational shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night.
