In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and generating leads that will convert into long-term clients.. Research & Outreach:. Conduct market research, cold call, and send outreach emails to potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. . . Engage Prospects:. Communicate with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, educating them on our products and services. . . Lead Qualification:. Qualify leads and schedule meetings and demos between prospects and the sales team to move them through the sales funnel. . . Collaboration:. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and assist in closing deals. . . Track & Report:. Record and track interactions, report on sales metrics, and refine outreach strategies for continuous improvement.. . Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales development. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . . Ability to engage prospects and educate them effectively on products/services. . . Strong organizational and time management skills. . . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. . . Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). . .
