The Role. As a . CRM Specialist (Asia-based). at WPT Global, you will drive player engagement and retention through data-informed lifecycle marketing. You’ll design, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, working closely with Product, Design, and Customer Support to deliver a consistent, high-quality player experience.. Deep understanding of bonus systems, wagering logic, and retention mechanics. . Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Solitics, Smartico, etc.). . Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with segmentation logic and dynamic data attributes. . HTML knowledge for email editing and template adjustments. . Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language is a strong plus. . Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. . Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about CRM and player experience. . Basic understanding of online poker and casino player behavior.. Key Responsibilities. Plan, create, and optimize CRM campaigns targeting specific customer segments across all channels (email, push, SMS, and in-app). . Build automated customer journeys and real-time triggers to engage players throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding to VIP reactivation. . Configure and test bonuses and promotions (casino, poker, and cross-sell) within the CRM platform. . Analyse player behaviour and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved retention. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless player experience and message consistency. . Localise campaigns and adapt communication strategies for different regions and languages. . Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation, attributes, and dynamic content. . Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports. . Assist in A/B testing of campaign content, timing, and incentives to continuously improve effectiveness.. Company Location: Thailand.
