This position can be located in either our TydeCo office in Cape Town or the ability to work remotely in the Gauteng province with ability to travel to the Cape Town office as needed. . . Key Responsibilities. Global Support . . Operate within a global framework, ensuring adaptability to support teams, meet deadlines and participate in virtual meetings across multiple time zones based in Canada, South Africa, U.K. or the U.S., as needed.. . Collaborate with international stakeholders, adjusting to varying schedules and priorities as needed.. . Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across global teams to support ERP Sales dept operational efficiency.. . Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate time-sensitive tasks and cross-regional collaboration.. . Sales Operations & Coordination. . Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot: log, track, and validate leads, contacts, and deals.. . Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot by logging, tracking, and validating all leads, contacts, and deals.. . Manage SLA and software renewal schedules; ensure timely SAE follow-up using appropriate tools and trackers.. . Coordinate directly with Sage to obtain accurate software renewal quotes based on current subscription data.. . Ensure SAEs review and validate Sage renewal quotes against existing client contracts in a timely manner.. . Provide validated renewal pricing to the Accounts team promptly for client invoicing.. . Ensure full proposal-to-invoice workflow compliance: confirmed signed proposals, Client Engagement Forms (CEFs), and documented approvals.. . Support the scheduling and coordination of internal and external sales meetings, including client demos.. . Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of ERP sales templates and documentation.. . Prepare tender proposals and track submission deadlines across relevant opportunities.. . Organize logistics and expense management for sales-related events and team travel.. . Coordinate external event participation aligned with ERP verticals (e.g., wine, logistics).. . Support internal vertical sales campaigns and assist with tracking quarterly bonuses and commissions in line with the cross-sell governance model.. . Systems & Data Integrity. . Maintain accurate dashboards and reports related to sales tracking and OKRs.. . Monitor software renewals for Sage-billed clients and validate monthly rebate statements.. . Reconcile Sage rebate reports with internal sales records and escalate discrepancies.. . Collaborate with system users to ensure consistency across platforms such as HubSpot and Asana.. . Client Handover & Collaboration. . Load and manage implementation cases for ERP clients, ensuring a seamless handover to the ERP Consulting team.. . Track implementation progress and update relevent milestones in HubSpot and Asana.. . Liaise closely with the Finance, Consulting, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and handoffs.. . Provide full coverage for your Sales Coordinator counterpart during leave or absence.. . Continuous Improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide value-added insights during prospect conversations.. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.. . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.. . Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.. . Preferred:. 2+ years of experience in mid-market software sales or lead generation, demonstrating a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.. Work Environment. Work can take place either in an open office setting or remote setting with the expectation to travel onsite based on business and management needs.
