Arabic Senior Sales Executive - Digital Marketing at division50. We are looking for a strong, results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our on-ground sales efforts in Dubai. This role is critical — you will be the first on-site sales representative in the UAE market, responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities for our digital marketing services.. This is a high-impact role for someone confident in face-to-face selling, building relationships, and closing B2B deals in the UAE.. Key Responsibilities. Identify, approach, and close new B2B clients in Dubai and across the UAE . Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits . Present and sell digital marketing services including SEO, social media, paid ads, performance marketing, and web solutions . Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing . Build long-term relationships with decision-makers . Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting . Collaborate with the remote marketing and operations teams. 2–5 years experience selling digital marketing services in the UAE . Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) . Proven track record of achieving sales targets . Strong negotiation and closing skills . Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings . Existing network in Dubai is a strong advantage .
