Accountabilities. ·         Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Appian applications using best practices and platform capabilities.. ·         Translate complex business requirements into functioning, high-quality solutions.. ·         Implement intelligent automation solutions and optimize business processes through Appian.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and smooth integration with other systems.. ·         Develop and maintain Appian plug-ins, interfaces, and technical documentation.. ·         Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.. ·         Stay current with Appian platform releases and emerging features, contributing to thought leadership and innovative solutions.. ·         Participate in improving processes, methodologies, and development standards for team efficiency and effectiveness.. ·         U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.. ·         Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Appian development.. ·         Active Appian Senior Developer certifications with ability to obtain additional certifications as needed.. ·         Strong knowledge of Appian platform, including SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, and integration capabilities.. ·         Experience with Java, SQL, and web services.. ·         Solid understanding of Appian development best practices, relational database management, and business process integration.. ·         Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours.. ·         Desired: Agile development experience, federal government project exposure, enterprise application integration knowledge, and familiarity with Appian’s federal acquisition management.. .
