Ensure . system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. . . . Act as a . subject matter expert (SME). for escalations, performance tuning, and optimization activities. . . Qualifications & Skills. . Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in . Computer Science, IT, or related field. . . . . 8+ years of hands-on experience. in Genesys Cloud / Engage. . . Strong expertise in . SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). . . . Programming knowledge in . Java, Python, or C. . . . Excellent . communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. . . . Preferred: .
