Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide information on installation processes, energy efficiency, and product specifications.. . Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service changes.. . Resolve issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.. . Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in renewable energy to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the renewable energy sector.. .
