They are seeking an experienced . Demand & Supply Planner. to join the Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, inventory health, and operational efficiency while supporting commercial priorities and seasonal events.. Key Responsibilities:. . Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, promotions, and product launches.. . Translate forecasts into supply plans that align with inventory targets and service levels.. . Liaise with purchasing coordinators, suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses to ensure timely product availability.. . Monitor inbound freight, supplier lead times, and stock levels to minimise stockouts and overstocking.. . Support merchandise planning activities, including seasonal buys, range reviews, and lifecycle tracking.. . Analyse supply chain data and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.. . Drive process improvements across demand, supply, and merchandise planning functions.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).. . 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or merchandise planning.. . Advanced Excel skills with strong ERP and forecasting tool experience.. . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.. .
