Growth Marketing Manager/Media Buyer . with direct, hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts inside high-scale, performance environments.. This is not. entry-leve. l. We are looking for someone who has operated inside complex ad accounts with large creative volumes and meaningful budgets — and who understands how to drive measurable performance improvements.. You will work under senior growth leadership and be responsible for actively managing campaigns, improving efficiency, and contributing directly to revenue scale.. This is a hands-on execution role — not a strategy-only or reporting role.. Core Responsibilities. Meta Performance Management. Directly manage and optimize campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager. Build, test, and scale campaigns using structured testing frameworks. Improve CPA, MER, ROAS, and scaling efficiency. Conduct breakdown analysis, attribution review, and performance diagnostics. Continuously iterate creative, audiences, and bidding strategies. Creative Testing & Iteration. Operate within high-volume creative testing systems. Manage thousands of live ads and structured testing cycles. Provide feedback loops to creative teams based on performance data. Balance aggressive testing with capital discipline. Budget & Scaling Discipline. Operate within high-spend accounts and fast-paced environments. Contribute to scaling efforts while maintaining efficiency thresholds. Monitor performance against LTV and subscription payback targets. Revenue Impact. Connect media buying decisions directly to revenue outcomes. Support subscription-focused scaling strategies. Contribute to overall company growth through disciplined execution. Direct, hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts (not just assisting or reporting). Experience inside CPG brands (subscription-focused preferred). Exposure to large-scale creative workflows (hundreds or thousands of live ads). Experience operating within high-spend environments ($50M+ annual budgets preferred). Strong understanding of subscription ROAS and LTV-driven scaling. Brand-side or agency experience managing large-scale Meta accounts. Ideal profile. Highly analytical and performance-oriented. Comfortable operating inside complex ad structures.
