Win as a team, lose as a team. . Own it. . Embrace the messy. . Think like your customer. . Position Purpose:. We’re looking for a hands-on, adaptable Product Manager with 2–4 years of experience who knows how to get things done and is eager to grow. Ideally, you’ve worked at a startup or somewhere fast-paced, where wearing multiple hats was the norm. You’re not just looking to “run the process”, you're hungry to learn, contribute, and grow into real product leadership.. This role is a mix of product and delivery work. You’ll help shape and prioritize the backlog, run Agile ceremonies, track progress, and keep things moving.  You’ll be supported by experienced teammates, but you’ll also need to take initiative and be comfortable navigating some ambiguity. But if you’re the kind of person who likes jumping in, asking smart questions, and figuring things out with the team, you’ll do well here.. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver customer value, build team alignment, and flag risks early. Over time, you’ll lean more into deeper product work research, customer discovery, and roadmap input.. What You’ll Do:. . Help shape and prioritize the backlog with Product and Engineering leads. . Keep Agile ceremonies focused and useful (standups, planning, retros, etc.). . Track progress and call out risks or blockers early. . Write clear, concise epics and user stories based on business and customer needs. . Make sure the team is aligned on scope and priorities; even when things shift. . Coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders in the loop. . Jump in wherever needed; QA coordination, documentation, release support, etc.. . Contribute to improving how we plan and deliver work. . What We’re Looking For:. . 2–4 years of experience as a PM (or similar role) in a startup or high-growth environment. . Comfortable working with Engineering, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams. . Confident leading or supporting Agile ceremonies without being overly rigid. . Strong communication; you know how to keep people aligned without over-explaining. . Organized, proactive, and okay with ambiguity; you’re not the type to wait around for perfect information. . Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar. . Nice to Have:. . Familiarity with SaaS or B2B products. . Experience using product metrics to inform decisions. . Interest or experience in delivery/project management. . What Success Looks Like:. . Teams are clear on what they’re building and why. . Work is flowing smoothly, and blockers are caught early. . Agile rituals actually help the team work more effectively. . Stakeholders feel informed and confident in the direction. . You’re developing stronger product instincts and skills over time. . 30/60/90-Day Plan:. . First 30 Days: Learn the product, the team, and how we work. Start supporting Agile ceremonies and helping track delivery.. . 60 Days: Take more ownership of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and surfacing risks or blockers. Start contributing to scoping and prioritization discussions.. . 90 Days and beyond: Step more fully into core product responsibilities; drive customer discovery efforts, shape early product direction, and identify process changes that make it easier for Product to lead discovery and connect the dots between customer needs and delivery.. . Company Location: United States.
