They’re looking for a . Social Media / Community Manager. who will take ownership of growing and engaging their community of content creators, affiliates, and partners. You’ll build relationships, drive campaigns, and help scale the brand presence across TikTok, Meta, and other key platforms. Community Growth:. Build and scale a network of content creators, affiliates, and brand advocates that align with the brand’s ethos. . . . Creator & Affiliate Management:. Actively recruit, onboard, and manage creators and affiliates; maintain relationships and accountability. . . . Campaign Planning & Execution:. Design and deliver engaging community campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes and timelines are met.. . . Platform Engagement:. Manage and interact within communities on Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, and social media.. . . Analytics & Reporting:. Track key metrics, analyze performance, and iterate strategies based on insights.. . . Collaboration:. Work closely with the marketing manager and content team to ensure brand consistency and voice.. . . Strategy:. Develop and communicate a clear community growth strategy, including content and campaign calendars.. . . Experience building and managing communities for brands, with a focus on content creators and affiliates. . Proven success managing TikTok creators and campaigns. . Familiarity with communication platforms such as Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp. . Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively. . Ability to self-direct, test, learn, and improve based on data. . Creative vision for community growth and engagement. .
