Your Responsibilities:. . Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract IT talent.. . Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.. . Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.. . Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better align recruitment efforts.. . Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.. . Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.. . . Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.. . 4-6 years of Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.. . Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.. .
