Provide exceptional customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding health technology inquiries. . Assist customers with product information, technical support, and service-related questions. . Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction. . Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively. . Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service quality. . Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in health technology. . . Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mentality. . Prior experience in customer service, especially in health or technology sectors, is preferred. . Able to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. .
