We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping social ads AND edit thumb-stopping videos for a large UK DTC e-commerce brand. You'll work . directly. with the UK team, owning complete creative campaigns from concept through to iterations and improvements. . What success looks like:. Consistently creating high-performing content that drives improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates. You'll balance direct response performance with brand consistency, creating content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds while maintaining premium brand standards. You'll be part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to performance data and clear progression opportunities within the organisation..
