This fully remote position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in tax law, estate planning processes, and excellent organizational skills.. Key Responsibilities:. Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and power of attorney agreements.. Conduct thorough research on tax regulations and estate laws to ensure compliance.. Organize and maintain client files related to tax and estate planning cases.. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their cases.. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for meetings and legal proceedings.. Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary tax documents and returns.. Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals involved in the estate planning process.. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and estate planning regulations.. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.. 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on tax and estate planning..
