Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager at IBMC. We’re looking for a results-driven Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Growth Marketing team across . Performance Ads. , . CRM. , and . SEO. . You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth, optimizing budgets, and aligning strategies across all digital channels to ensure maximum impact.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists in Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. . . Provide strategic direction, guidance, and constructive feedback to help the team achieve individual and collective goals. . . Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO in alignment with business objectives. . . Oversee media planning, CRM journeys, and SEO content strategy, ensuring strategic integration across channels. . . Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking, with a focus on ROI, conversions, and CAC. . . Guide the CRM specialist in crafting and optimizing customer journeys, automations, and campaign performance. . . Ensure effective budget management and maximize paid media performance across all platforms. . . Own the digital marketing reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights and performance updates. . . Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. . . Lead the development of creative briefs and collaborate with design and video teams to ensure impactful, on-brand campaign assets. . . Manage project timelines, workflows, and output quality for all digital campaigns. . . Collaborate closely with Web Development, Sales, Media, and PR teams to ensure integrated, cross-functional marketing efforts.. . . Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. . . Proven track record in . Performance Advertising. (Meta, Google Ads), . CRM/Email Marketing. , and . SEO. , with hands-on campaign execution and team management. . . Experience working in a . fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment. , ideally with exposure to clients in . financial services, proprietary trading, hedge funds, or fintech. . . . Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. . . Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and performance-driven growth strategies. . . Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, multi-channel digital campaigns under tight deadlines. . . Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align with design, development, sales, and media teams. . . Comfortable managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. . . Creative eye and experience working with designers and videographers to deliver compelling digital assets. . . Fluent in English, both written and spoken. . . . Must be based in Bali or open to relocating full-time.. . . Company Location: Philippines.
