Responsibilities:. You will build, maintain, and optimize new and existing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to ensure a seamless consumer experience and efficient back-end fulfillment. This includes ongoing optimization of product setup, catalog structure, and operational workflows within TikTok Seller Center. . You will advise on and execute promotional and merchandising strategies, including but not limited to bundles, gifts with purchase, pricing mechanics, and shipping rate configuration. . Product Violations Resolution. You will respond to all product-level violations within 24 hours of identification and take commercially reasonable steps to resolve such violations in compliance with TikTok Shop policies and standards. . Shop Violations Resolution. You will respond to all shop-level violations within 24 hours of identification and collaborate with the Brand’s team to resolve issues in accordance with platform guidelines and regulatory requirements. . Performance Monitoring & Account Health. You will monitor the following account health metrics on a daily basis: . Seller Fault Cancellation Rate . Late Dispatch Rate . Valid Tracking Rate . 24-Hour Response Rate . Negative Review Rate . . Any material risks or deviations from platform benchmarks will be addressed promptly in coordination with the Brand’s Guest Experience Team to maintain optimal shop performance. . You will respond to all negative customer reviews within 48 hours of receipt to ensure timely customer engagement and issue mitigation. . Campaign Registration & Participation. You will register eligible products for platform campaigns no later than 48 hours prior to the campaign start date, ensuring sufficient time for preparation and execution.. Must-Have:. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing back-end ecommerce operations, within TikTok Shop.. -Proven expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), including product setup, catalog structure, pricing, bundles, and fulfillment workflows.. Strong working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, including promotions, merchandising tools, shipping configurations, and campaign registration processes.. Demonstrated experience handling product-level and shop-level policy violations, with the ability to investigate issues, respond within strict SLAs, and resolve violations in compliance with platform policies.. Solid understanding of account health and performance metrics, including cancellation rates, dispatch performance, tracking validity, response times, and review management.. Ability to proactively monitor risks, identify deviations from platform benchmarks, and collaborate cross-functionally to protect account health.. Experience managing customer feedback, including responding to negative reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner..
