Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, providing expert HR consultation and thought leadership.. . Act as a coach and advisor to managers and executives, supporting leadership development and team performance.. . Continuously assess and improve HR processes to better support growth and operational efficiency.. . . . 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.. . Proven success influencing and coaching senior leaders with credibility and confidence.. . Strong track record in leading complex, cross-functional HR programs from strategy to execution.. . Expertise across core HR areas, including employee relations, organizational design, compensation, DEI, and workforce planning.. .
