We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of real-time email and messaging products that support critical customer communications. In this role, you will focus on feature delivery, email deliverability, compliance, and reliability, ensuring that communications platforms meet evolving user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, legal, and operations teams to implement API integrations, monitor performance, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will analyze product metrics, prioritize features, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience in a dynamic SaaS environment.. . Accountabilities. . Own a set of transactional email and messaging features, ensuring deliverability, compliance, and user impact.. . Define and deliver features end-to-end, including bug fixes, enhancements, and regulatory updates.. . Conduct customer research and analyze usage patterns to prioritize improvements that enhance communication workflows.. . Partner with engineering to scope and manage email-related API integrations, ensuring reliability and performance.. . Track compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.) and collaborate with legal and operations teams.. . Write clear user stories, requirements, and documentation to support squad-level planning and execution.. . Analyze product metrics such as delivery rates and engagement to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.. . Seek feedback from senior product managers to accelerate learning and refine product strategies.. . . . 2–4 years of product management, technical, or related experience; or Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.. . Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SaaS platforms; experience with messaging or email infrastructure is a plus.. . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.. . Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. .
