Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.. . Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.. . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.. .
