We are looking for a dynamic IT Services Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple service lines, including Finance Transformation, IT Managed Services, and Robotic Process Automation. This role is central to driving brand awareness, lead generation, and positioning across international markets, with a strong focus on digital channels. Working closely with executive and commercial teams, you will design and implement impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers in the US and EU. You will oversee content strategy, digital marketing performance, vendor management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery. Define and execute marketing and lead generation strategies across multiple service lines targeting international markets.. . Manage content creation, SEO initiatives, and copywriting to support digital campaigns and brand positioning.. . Lead a team of in-house digital marketing professionals covering paid media, SEO, email, UX, and reporting.. . Oversee the performance and execution of key digital channels, including social media, webinars, website operations, and paid advertising.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals, ensuring proper lead quality and flow through the sales lifecycle.. . Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, marketing technologies, and platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn).. . Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing funnels and improve lead generation results.. . Stay ahead of market trends, introducing best practices and innovative strategies for growth.. . . . Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.. . Fully bilingual in English and one additional language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Cantonese, or German).. . 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in professional services or consulting, with a focus on Finance and IT executives.. . Proven experience managing marketing teams and digital agencies, with strong leadership and project management skills.. . Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing within a B2B context.. . Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and tag management systems.. . Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred).. . Solid understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and execution.. . Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. . Technical fluency in HTML, SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform is a plus.. .
