Senior Product Manager at Coin Factory. We are a blockchain-powered competitive gaming platform where users earn MGC tokens by submitting PvP results, competing in tournaments, forming teams, and climbing leaderboards — across digital and physical games. We’re on a mission to redefine the competitive gaming landscape by combining native app experiences, token-based rewards, and scalable game formats. . As we enter a new phase of global growth and app expansion, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead key verticals and own critical product domains. .  . Role Overview . As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the discovery, strategy, and execution of cross-functional product initiatives across mobile and web. You’ll lead product teams working on PvP flows, leaderboard ranking algorithms, team experiences, tournament structures, and token-based engagement — all within a Web3 context. . Key Responsibilities . Product Strategy & Roadmapping . Own product strategy for one or more verticals (e.g., PvP, teams, tournaments, token engagement, mobile app). . Define quarterly OKRs and roadmap aligned with business and user goals. . Partner with the Director of Product to shape strategic initiatives and market positioning. . Balance long-term vision with fast execution and iterative delivery. .   . Discovery & User Understanding . Conduct structured discovery using user interviews, surveys, analytics, and usability tests. . Validate product opportunities and feature ideas with real users (players and organizers). . Collaborate with game researchers, designers, and analysts to build clear problem statements and hypotheses. . Leverage data to identify pain points, prioritize needs, and inform decisions. .   . Native App Development . Lead the definition and delivery of features in our mobile-first experience (iOS and Android). . Design native-first flows for match submission, tournament browsing, wallet integration, and notifications. . Collaborate with mobile engineers to ensure app performance, responsiveness, and UX quality. .   . Blockchain & Token Mechanics . Own the product integration of MGC token features: staking, entry fees, rewards, token burning. . Define wallet connection UX, smart contract interactions, and in-app token flows. . Ensure compliance, scalability, and clarity in user-facing blockchain features. . Collaborate with tech and legal teams on secure and transparent token handling. .   . Execution & Delivery . Write clear, detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with edge cases defined. . Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for product squads. . Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. . Track success metrics post-launch and iterate quickly based on insights. .   . Cross-Functional Leadership . Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, growth, and token teams. . Serve as the voice of the user while balancing technical feasibility and business value. . Drive alignment across teams using artifacts (roadmaps, release plans, dashboards).  .   . Required Skills & Qualifications . 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years in senior or lead-level roles. . Proven success launching and scaling native mobile apps in consumer or gaming products. . Deep understanding of blockchain/Web3 ecosystems, including wallets, tokens, staking, and smart contracts. . Familiarity with competitive gaming (both digital and physical) and player motivations. . Strong product discovery skills — user research, competitive benchmarking, A/B testing. . Proficient in using data for decision-making: funnel analysis, cohort tracking, feature KPIs. . Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity and rally cross-functional teams. . Fluent in English (written and spoken). . Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and practical application of AI tools and models (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, AI roadmap assistants) to enhance ideation, automate workflows, analyze data faster, and accelerate product discovery and delivery cycles. Able to translate complex product needs into AI-assisted workflows and improve team efficiency and time-to-market. .  . Bonus Skills . Experience with token economy modeling and crypto product metrics. . Involvement in esports, sports leagues, or tournament organizing. . Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Microsoft Clarity, Metabase, Google Analytics, Miro, Trello. . Exposure to real-time game logic, matchmaking, or result verification systems. .
