We are currently searching for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. . The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of our strategic marketing plan, managing a variety of tasks and activities that help drive demand generation, brand awareness and internal alignment. . Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, BD, sales, our digital agency and contractors. . Role & Responsibilities:. Lead graphic design efforts and ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all external-facing content. . Coordinate logistics for field marketing initiatives such as trade shows, regional events, webinars, and partner-led engagements, in close collaboration with the Integrated Marketing Manager. . Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and social media channels alongside the Growth Marketing Manager. . Help develop sales and marketing assets, including landing pages, email copy, newsletters, event materials, and LinkedIn posts. . Support the maintenance and optimization of the website in partnership with our agency. . Update and manage marketing documentation. . Engage with partners, vendors, clients, and industry associations as assigned. . Track and monitor marketing contracts, invoices, budgets and expenses. . Intermediate proficiency with Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. . Beginner or intermediate proficiency in WordPress. . Experience with HubSpot is a plus! . Professional demeanor when engaging with clients, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders via phone, email and in-person. . Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. . Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. .
