Assistant Recruiter at Partner One Capital. We are seeking an Recruitment Assistant to join our team and support our global recruitment processes. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment of top talent world-wide in a 360 role. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.. We are looking for someone who is looking to grow their talent acquisition career by working with a global organization! Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.. . Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and setting up new employee files.. . Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing paperwork, maintaining employee records, and responding to employee inquiries.. . Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. . Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.. . Qualifications:. . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. . 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR-related field preferred. . Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). . Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Positive attitude and willingness to learn. . Company Location: Canada.
