Lead Brand Partnerships Strategy:. . . Identify and evaluate brand-aligned organizations, influencers, podcast hosts, and thought leaders in the women’s sports and parenting space.. . Develop creative collaboration ideas (e.g. co-promotions, joint webinars, program bundles, podcast sponsorships, speaking opportunities, etc.).. . Pitch and present opportunities to prospective partners in compelling, customized ways.. . . Relationship Nurturing & Management:. . . Maintain active relationships with key partners and collaborators — you’ll be the consistent point of contact.. . Send follow-ups, ideas, updates, and opportunities that keep us top of mind and deepen trust.. . Build a light CRM or tracking system to organize outreach and manage ongoing connection rhythms.. . . Visibility + Awareness Growth:. . . Find creative ways to get our company in front of new audiences through aligned visibility plays.. . What You’ll Need to Succeed. . 3 - 5+ years in a partnerships, biz dev, influencer marketing, or community growth role. . Experience growing a brand through strategic collaborations (especially in parenting, youth sports, or women-focused markets is a bonus). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’re persuasive, clear, and emotionally intelligent. . Strong organizational skills — you track relationships and don’t let things fall through the cracks. .
