We are looking for a driven . Inside Sales Executive (Recruitment Services). to join our team and strengthen our client acquisition and engagement efforts.. Key Responsibilities. . Identify and prospect potential clients across . Australia and European markets. in IT recruitment and staffing. . . Drive . lead generation campaigns. through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email. . . Confidently make . cold calls. to decision-makers (Talent Acquisition, HR, Delivery Managers, and CIO/CTO offices). . . Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and . schedule meetings/demos. for senior leadership. . . Maintain strong relationships with prospects and develop a . network of IT hiring decision-makers. . . . Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align lead generation with business priorities. . . Use structured . sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Consultative, etc.). to achieve measurable outcomes. . . Update and manage CRM/ATS with accurate pipeline and activity tracking. . . Meet and exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings set, and revenue pipeline generated.. . Requirements. . 3–6 years of experience in . Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development. , ideally in . IT recruitment or staffing services. . . . Exposure to . Australia and/or European markets. is highly desirable. . . Demonstrated success in . cold calling. and appointment setting with senior stakeholders. . . Hands-on experience in . lead research, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting tools. . . . Proven track record of meeting KPIs and contributing to revenue generation. . . Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative approach. . . Ability to work independently, with resilience and persistence in sales outreach. . . Existing . network of IT hiring managers, TA/HR leaders, or consulting firms. will be a strong advantage.. .
