You’ll play a key role in building and optimizing data infrastructure that supports analytics, AI, and advanced reporting capabilities. Collaborating across product, engineering, and analytics teams, you’ll drive innovative data solutions and mentor others on data best practices. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help transform fragmented datasets into valuable business insights.. . Accountabilities:. . Design and build scalable data workflows and ETL pipelines to support ingestion, curation, and provisioning of large-scale data.. . Develop and maintain cloud-based data warehouses and marts, particularly using Snowflake.. . Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to define data needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.. . Implement data models and architecture to support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.. . Leverage tools such as Scala, SQL, Python, and BI platforms to deliver insights to internal and external stakeholders.. . Optimize complex queries and stored procedures, enhancing performance and reliability.. . Create business-facing dashboards and reporting tools for real-time analytics.. . Maintain a deep understanding of business logic to create actionable insights and improve data usability.. . Contribute to long-term data architecture planning while also addressing immediate technical challenges.. . Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team.. . . 9+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data systems.. . Advanced knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and BI frameworks.. . Hands-on experience with Snowflake and a strong understanding of MongoDB/PostgreSQL.. . Familiarity with Spark/Scala, MLFlow, and AWS (S3, EC2, Data Pipeline, etc.).. . Proven ability to design scalable data models and optimize data workflows for analytics and AI applications.. . Strong API development skills and experience with metadata, data integration, and OLTP/OLAP systems.. .
