As a customer service representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information in Portuguese.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, health concerns, and medication information via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Educate customers on drug usage, side effects, and compliance regulations.. . Assist healthcare providers and patients in navigating prescription processes and product availability.. . Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.. . Stay informed about new pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to provide the best assistance possible.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer care.. .
