We are looking for a . Chief Growth Officer (CGO). to join our leadership team. This person will work side by side with the Founder & CEO to both . scale operations. and . drive bold growth initiatives. . The COGO will translate vision into execution while actively leading SheCodes into its next phase of expansion — whether that’s . launching new verticals (AI, Finance, Leadership, Design), building strategic B2B partnerships, or growing SheCodes’ global presence. . Growth & Expansion. . . Identify, test, and scale new verticals (SheCodes AI, Finance, Leadership, etc.).. . Build strategic B2B partnerships and corporate training opportunities.. . Develop initiatives to expand SheCodes into new geographies and markets.. . Elevate SheCodes into a global brand through creative marketing and partnerships.. . . Operations & Leadership. . . Oversee day-to-day operations across product, marketing, finance, and student support.. . Implement systems for accountability, reporting, and scalable growth.. . Manage and mentor a distributed team, building a culture of ownership and excellence.. . Ensure financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.. . . Founder’s Partner. . . Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO.. . Free up the CEO to focus on vision, product, and brand by taking charge of execution.. . Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn ambition into action.. . . Requirements. . Proven experience in a . senior operations or growth leadership role. (COO, CMO, GM, or similar) in . EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital businesses. .. . Strong track record of . scaling teams, systems, and new business lines. .. . Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a . fast-moving, founder-led company. .. . Excellent leadership and communication skills; inspires and holds teams accountable.. .
