This position involves guiding and mentoring Clinical Project Managers, monitoring third-party agreements, and contributing to business development activities such as proposals and client presentations. The Project Director will be responsible for:. . Acting as the primary regional representative for clinical projects, ensuring delivery meets sponsor expectations, regulatory guidelines, and budgetary requirements.. . Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.. . Overseeing project planning, implementation, and execution in collaboration with Clinical Project Managers and functional specialists.. . Reviewing and approving project scope, budgets, recruitment, training, and metrics to ensure all elements are realistic, compliant, and deliverable.. . Monitoring project critical paths and providing guidance to ensure internal and third-party providers maintain high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.. .
