Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective Work and Asset Management solutions.. Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration design to deliver tailored solutions.. Oversee system configuration, provide feedback on process designs, and support high-quality implementations.. Maintain and update project documentation, including configuration guides, test cases, and issue logs.. Provide input for training materials and user adoption strategies.. Support process improvement initiatives and advise clients on best practices and roadmap planning.. . 5+ years of experience implementing Asset Management and Work Management enterprise software for utilities or local governments.. Proven ability to map and optimize complex business processes.. Experience with utility Customer Information Systems and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus..
