We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing company that provides the infrastructure behind high-performing cold email operations.. The business supports agencies, resellers, and operators running outbound campaigns at scale by building and managing high-quality email inbox systems across major platforms. Known for speed, reliability, and direct client communication, the team operates in a fast-paced, no-ticket environment where responsiveness and ownership are key.. This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of agency clients. You will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, and retaining clients while ensuring their operations run smoothly. It is a relationship-first role within a technical product environment, with the opportunity to build deeper knowledge in email deliverability and infrastructure over time.. 1–2 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role . Strong written communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and clearly (primarily via Slack) . Comfortable managing multiple clients and working in a fast-paced environment . Proactive, organised, and able to identify and resolve issues before they escalate . Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts such as email deliverability, DNS, and integrations . Confident working remotely and managing responsibilities independently. Advantageous:. Experience with cold email platforms (e.g. Smartlead, Instantly, Bison, Lemlist) . Understanding of email infrastructure (Google Workspace, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Cloudflare) . Experience working with agencies or B2B sales environments . Exposure to managing high-volume client portfolios.
