Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels such as email, phone, and live chat.. . Assist customers with questions related to their orders, returns, exchanges, and product information.. . Proactively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive experience.. . Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.. .
