Building and scaling the agency’s social media analytics function from the ground up.. . Selecting, onboarding, and integrating advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, GWI, Talkwalker, Exolyt).. . Designing reporting systems that move beyond vanity metrics to deliver actionable insights.. . Developing frameworks for benchmarking, KPI setting, testing, and optimization across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.. . Partnering with strategy, creative, and media teams to embed analytics into campaign development and optimization.. . Leading client conversations on measurement strategy, campaign effectiveness, and business impact.. . Mentoring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing analytics team.. . Championing data-driven culture internally and representing the agency externally at conferences, panels, and industry forums.. . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . 10+ years of experience in social media analytics, data strategy, or performance measurement (preferably in an agency or consultancy).. . Deep expertise with social analytics and management platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or NetBase.. . Proficiency with syndicated research tools (e.g., GWI, MRI-Simmons, YouGov).. . Experience creating measurement frameworks connecting content, platform performance, and business results.. . Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives.. . Proven client-facing skills with experience advising executives and senior stakeholders.. .
