Develop and formalize a set of guides, or "blue books," to capture and codify our best practices across the engineering organization, with an emphasis on building practical tooling rather than just passive standards.. . Research and propose a strategy to consolidate the various code review tools and bots used by different departments into a single, maintainable product.. . . Education & Evangelism:. . .
