As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work with members as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide transformative care. aptihealth employs psychiatric prescribers to provide the highest-quality care through innovative, evidence-based treatment that is tailored to help patients achieve success. Conduct diagnostic interviews to assess and diagnose patient's need for medication management. . Provide high-quality brief and long-term psychiatric care to members virtually via telehealth. . Provide as-needed communication with physicians and care managers. . Work in close collaboration with the care team and provide clinical capability and comprehensive support. . . Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP-BC license in New York State. . Active New York State DEA license. . All candidates must reside in New York State. . 3+ years’ experience prescribing medication as a PMHNP-BC. . Ability to handle member needs with compassion and care. .
