Accountabilities:. . Manage and close a steady flow of high-quality inbound and outbound leads across the UK and Ireland.. . Deliver compelling demos and value-driven sales pitches to SMB accommodation providers.. . Participate in major trade shows and hospitality events across Europe (1-2 times per year).. . Execute outbound strategies including cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized outreach.. . Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM and manage your pipeline with a data-driven mindset.. . Meet and exceed monthly ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets through consultative selling.. .
