We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-driven . Video Editor. who understands the art and science of creating high-performing ad creatives. Your mission will be to produce . 5 fresh ad variations per week. using our existing content library—no new footage required. You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment while also using proven winning formulas to drive performance.. If you’re the type of editor who thrives on autonomy, loves digging through footage to find gold, and knows how to keep viewers hooked from the first second to the last, this role is for you.. What You’ll Do. . Create . 5 new vertical ad variations per week. (30 seconds to 3 minutes each) from our existing content library.. . Pull footage from a variety of sources—winning ads, testimonials, YouTube videos, podcast clips, educational content, etc.. . Apply . ad creative best practices. (hook, body, benefits, proof, close) to keep attention and drive conversions.. . Produce a variety of styles: talking head, testimonial, educational, direct-response, and more.. . Mix proven winning formats with bold creative experiments (“big swings”).. . Organize our video archive into a . centralized Google Drive system. for easy content access, potentially tagging/organizing footage by key ad components (hook, body, proof, etc.).. . Understand our . core funnels. and tailor creatives for different campaigns when needed.. . Collaborate directly with the marketing lead for feedback on what’s working, what’s killing, and where to double down.. . . Compensation. Begins at $1500-$3000 per month (based on skill and experience) with opportunity for growth.. . Proven experience editing . short-form ad creatives. for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.. . Strong grasp of . direct-response marketing principles. and ad-creative structure.. . Ability to source engaging clips from long-form content and repurpose them into high-converting ads.. . Creative instincts for pacing, storytelling, and attention retention.. . Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).. . Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.. . Highly organized with a system-oriented mindset.. . .
