Support project planning, coordination, and execution across client engagements . . Assist with scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing documentation . . Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery . . Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) . . Coordinate and facilitate Zoom meetings, take notes, and track action items . . Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses or follow-ups . . Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency . . . Based in Latin America or the Caribbean . . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) . . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities . . Proactive and resourceful with high attention to detail . . Comfortable working independently and as part of a team . . Reliable internet connection and home office setup . . Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Zoom is a plus . . Experience in client services, operations, or administrative support preferred . .
