Senior Program Manager at Keywords Studios. Work Location:. USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone). We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production management, process improvement, and team leadership. . Key Responsibilities: . Lead daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met. . Develop and implement schedules, resource plans, and workflow strategies. . Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. . Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues. . Manage and mentor Project Managers, Leads, and frontline staff. . Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior leadership. . Drive cost reduction efforts while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines. . Client Management . Stakeholder and management communications (including status reporting and MBRs) . Forecasting and Budgeting . Interviewing and Hiring . Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive to completion with stakeholder buy-in . Lead Team though on-going change management cycles and organizational change . Required Qualifications: . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. . 7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role. . Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. . Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive operational excellence. . Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. . 2+ years of Contract Management experience . 2+ years of RFP experience . Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs . Organizational Change Management Experience . Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems. .  . Preferred Qualifications: . Master’s degree or MBA. .
