Handle telephone and/ or video calls on-demand across a wide range of industries including healthcare, insurance, law enforcement, and emergency services. . Deliver professional, culturally sensitive, and objective interpretation. . Apply appropriate industry terminology and procedures across diverse call types. . . Proficient in English, with bilingual skills in either Mandarin or Cantonese, enabling smooth communication with Chinese and Hong Kong external customers is required . . Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply! . . Those with prior call centre experience would be highly considered. . Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy. . Ability to remain neutral, professional, and objective at all times. .
